Cross-Jurisdiction Documentation Framework

EU · UK · Switzerland · Canada

For PSP · EMI · MSB/FMSB · CASP · FinTech Groups

A structured documentation service supporting financial and digital asset businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions. Lynsora focuses on organising, updating and harmonising existing policies, operational procedures, governance responsibilities and control evidence, based on client-confirmed requirements and documented business processes.

For organisations operating in Canada, documentation work may include operational risk management and incident response procedures, together with procedures for maintaining safeguarding-related operational records in connection with the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA). Separate AML/CFT documentation work may address relevant FINTRAC requirements. In each case, the applicable requirements and scope of documentation work are confirmed by the client's responsible specialists.

The service complements existing compliance documentation. Regulatory applicability, legal interpretation, licensing, formal compliance assessments and approval of regulatory decisions remain the responsibility of the client and its authorised professionals.
